The Secretary of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs of Uva Provincial Council Mr. Nihal Gunaratna and his staff hosted a Christmas Carols Service on 22nd December 2024 at Uva Provincial Council.
Rev. Fr. Dilex Shantha, Parish Priest of St. Mary's Cathedral, Badulla, Hon. Governor of Uva Province Attorney J. M. Kapila Jayasekera and Uva Provincial General Secretary Ms. Dhamayanthi Paranagama and many government officials joined the event.
St. Cecilia's Choir of St. Mary's Cathedral, Badulla beautifully performed the Carlos at the event, filling everyone with the true spirit of Christmas.
