St. Jude's Shrine Parish in Passara came together to celebrate the Thai Pongal Festival. Passara is one of the area where people are primarily engaged in agricultural activities, particularly tea plantation work. Thai Pongal marks the harvest season, making it a time to celebrate their hard work and the abundance blessings of the Lord. The community joyfully celebrated the special Holy Mass with the cultural importance fostering a sense of unity and gratitude.
