On a blessed day, young students at St. Mary's Cathedral, Badulla, received the Sacrament of Confirmation. The holy occasion was led by Bishop Rt. Rev. Dr. Jude N. Silva, Bishop of Badulla. The Holy Mass was a solemn and joyous event celebrated with Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Dilex Shantha Fernando and the assistant parish priests.
The Sunday school teachers, Rev. Sisters, and parish priests worked diligently to provide the students with essential spiritual knowledge. Their efforts ensured that the students were well-prepared to receive this sacred sacrament, guiding them to embrace the good, reject the bad, and walk the right path during their formative years.
