The parishioners of Christ the Liberator Church in Buttala gathered for a momentous occasion as Rev. Fr. Venacius Rajeevan was formally installed as the new parish priest. The installation was led by the Bishop of Badulla, Rt. Rev. Dr. Jude N. Silva, during a solemn Sunday Holy Mass.
Blessings and prayers for Fr. Rajeevan as he embarks on this mission as the Parish Priest after serving as the Assisting Priest at St. Anthony's Shrine, Bandarawela and St. Paul the Hermit Church, Haputhale.
