In preparation for the Jubilee Year 2025, the Diocese of Badulla united in faith to celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes across various parishes. This special occasion, observed with great devotion, highlighted the significance of February 11th as the World Day of the Sick.

On this blessed day, the diocese came together to pray for and bless the sick, seeking the intercession of Our Lady of Lourdes for healing and strength. Priests, religious, and faithful joined in Holy Mass, anointing of the sick, and special prayers for those in need of Godโ€™s mercy and grace.

May Our Lady of Lourdes continue to bless and protect all who seek her intercession.
