The second day of the pastoral visit by His Excellency, Most Rev. Dr. Brian Udaigwe, Apostolic Nuncio, came to a heartfelt close with a visit to the Eldersโ Home in Hali Ela.
There, His Excellency spent time with the elderly residents, offering words of comfort, prayer, and blessings. His gentle presence brought joy and hope to the hearts of those who welcomed him with gratitude and love.
Later in the evening, the Nuncio gathered with the priests of the Badulla Deanery and religious sisters, fostering a spirit of unity and fellowship. It was a moment of encouragement and renewal for all those committed to the service of the Church in this region.
A day filled with faith, compassion, and connection comes to a beautiful end โ but the journey continues!
